This Privacy Policy explains how Cobain AI (“Cobain AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you access or use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). Cobain AI is an AI productivity platform offering a suite of AI-powered tools, including chat, content and copywriting, code generation, image and logo generation, translation, and document tools.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you register, we collect details such as your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and account preferences.
- Usage data. Information about how you interact with the Service, including the tools you use, features accessed, token credits consumed, and timestamps of activity.
- Content you submit (prompts and inputs). Text, files, images, code, documents, and other materials you provide to generate AI outputs. This content may be processed by third-party AI providers (see Section 4).
- Payment information. Payments are handled by our third-party payment providers, such as Tripay and PayPal. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers. These providers process payment data under their own privacy policies.
- Cookies and analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used (see Section 5).
- Device and log data. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, and diagnostic logs collected automatically when you use the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Process your prompts and generate AI outputs;
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and token credits;
- Process payments and prevent fraud (via our payment providers);
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
- Monitor usage, enforce limits, and ensure security and reliability;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. AI Processing & Third Parties
To generate outputs, the inputs and prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI providers such as Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude). These providers process your inputs to return AI-generated results. Your inputs may be transmitted to and processed on their infrastructure, which may be located outside your country of residence.
We rely on the following categories of sub-processors to deliver the Service:
- Payments: our third-party payment providers, such as Tripay and PayPal.
- Hosting & database: our cloud hosting and database providers, including Supabase.
- AI providers: Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and other model providers we may integrate to power specific tools.
We encourage you not to submit sensitive personal information in prompts unless necessary, as this content will be transmitted to the relevant AI provider for processing.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function; optional cookies help us measure and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
7. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encryption in transit and access controls. The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 where permitted by applicable law with appropriate consent) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
